Klik Technologies' online electronic payment service that utilizes the Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment system or Credit Card Settlement Network to move authorized funds from your client's bank account or credit card to your company's central operating account.

Klik n Pay will facilitate recurring and one time execution of payment instructions. Our use of the Preauthorized Payment or Disbursement (PPD) ACH format coupled with credit card posting capabilities provides maximum flexibility for your client to utilize an electronic payment platform.

Here is How Klik n Pay Works

  • Once your company has established the service, clients can enroll through an online authorization form or through a printed form returned to the company.
  • Authorization forms provide client information, bank account information and act as your authority to remove funds from their account.
  • Active clients are setup on our Klik n Pay website to initiate a payment to your company or provide your company with the ability to take funds from their bank account or from a designated credit card.
  • Recurring payments with a set amount, single payments or recurring payments with a variable amount can all be managed using Klik n Pay.
  • When a payment is initiated, Klik n Pay will post the debit to the client account and provide an update that the payment has been initiated.
  • Klik will provide a transmission file of all daily payment activity to update your account receivable system.
  • Klik provides updated reports on our website to track all client payments to your account.
  • Upon settlement of the debit, Klik posts the transfer to your bank with available funds.
