Sales

Our sales professionals have been trained to evaluate your current process and determine if there is a business application that Klik can supply. We will propose an appropriate solution and present clear, accurate descriptions of our products, and the costs associated, to our prospects and clients.

Our sales team works with our clients on developing an application delivery system that will meet and exceed your expectations. We initiate the implementation process through a fact gathering questionnaire to customize our service offering to your needs.

Our sales team will continue to work with our clients after implementation to ensure your service works in the manner in which it was represented and provides you with operational efficiencies.

Implementation

Our professional team of implementation specialists are trained to understand the business application that you are initiating with Klik and all the steps needed to ensure a smooth start to your program.

Our implementation specialists will work with our sales team to walk you through the data gathering questionnaire that details the specific elements of your service at Klik. The questionnaire highlights the customized way you want your services to be executed and documents for Klik, contact information, transmission specifications, exception processing and correspondence.

The implementation team will work with you on building your application on our system and conduct an end to end user test from incoming transmissions to end of day settlement and posting of data files. Implementation will coordinate training with our sales professionals to educate your staff on our systems and enable everyone on your team to reach a comfort level with the new service. These steps will ensure that all parties are ready to start the new services and realize the benefits of using Klik Technologies.

Customer Service

Klik's support and attention to detail will not stop with the implementation of your services. Customer service is an integral component of Klik's on-going support of your business.

Our customer service team is well versed on all our products, the front-end delivery systems that you will be accessing and how the operation processes your work. They can help walk you through our systems to access the information you need.

Our customer service unit also monitors our operation and receives updates on its' performance. In this way they are kept abreast of any service interruption and the timeframes for the problem to be corrected.

Customer Service also provides telephone support for general inquires, service change requests and any billing issues that may arise.
