Peter Hickman
Vice President Operations and Client Services

As VP Operations and Client Services, Peter leads the production, implementation and customer service functions. He is responsible for maintaining and improving customer delivery, quality and responsiveness.

Peter has over 20 years of operations and continuous improvement management experience. He has held leadership positions in the automotive, consumer products, and medical products industries. He brings balanced scorecard, six sigma, and ISO 9001 tools and techniques to Klik’s operations.

Most recently, Peter was the Director of Operations for Schering-Plough’s HomeAgain division, which provides pet recovery and wellness services to over 5 million pet owners. Under Peter’s leadership, HomeAgain provided customer service to over 75,000 customers and enrolled 80,000 new members per month.

Prior to Schering-Plough, Peter was with Hewlett-Packard Company for 9 years. His responsibilities included Operations management for HP’s medical device division and a member of a core team which established inkjet products operations in Richmond Virginia.

Peter has a Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Science from University of Michigan.
