Robert E. Blackburn
General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer

Mr. Blackburn has primary responsibility for all legal and compliance matters for Klik Technologies.

Mr. Blackburn has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry. He has previously served as New York Regional Counsel for Irving Trust Company and has served as counsel to various financial institutions and corporations.

Prior to joining Klik Technologies, Mr. Blackburn served for ten (10) years as General Counsel to a New York regional bank holding company, a public corporation listed on the New York stock exchange.

From experience earned in his private law practice, representation of numerous financial institutions and as a corporate attorney, Mr. Blackburn has developed expertise in corporate matters, compliance requirements, information security and other areas of law.

Mr. Blackburn has served as a member of the American Bankers Association Regional General Counsel Group as well as various legal and trade associations.

Mr. Blackburn received a BA from Fairfield University in Fairfield Connecticut and his JD from Fordham University School of Law.
