Mr. Sirota, a private consultant and investor, serves as Chairman of the Board
of Klik Technologies. He worked for 25 years in the graphic arts industry where
he served as Chairman and CEO of Kwik International Color, Ltd., one of the
nations top visual information communication companies and an innovative leader
in the evolution of prepress technology.
Over the years, Mr. Sirota has served an advisory role to many organizations
across a broad spectrum of industries. He served on the Battery Park City
Authority, a New York State agency, as a member of its Board of Directors from
1982-1988, completing his final two years as its Chairman. In 1987 he was one
of five general partners who successfully acquired Nathan's Famous, Inc. from
the original founding family. He was then appointed a member of the Board of
Directors and Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors
from 1987-1993.
His interest in the future of education and government service led to his
current appointment as a member of the Advisory Board of Maxwell School of
Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
Mr. Sirota received a BA in Economics from Cornell University in 1974.
